We’re looking for a Front-End Team Lead to be the technical and cultural cornerstone of our UI development. What You Need to Know

Deep understanding of React.js - strong command of its ecosystem, patterns, and best practices.
Fluent in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Hands-on with build tools (Webpack, Vite, etc.) and code quality tooling (linters, testing frameworks, CI pipelines).
Experience with complex asynchronous workflows in web-based systems.
Full-stack programming knowledge is a strong plus.

Seasoned Software Engineer: You have 9+ years in software development, including 4+ years in front-end development with experience maintaining complex, fast-growing codebases. You set and uphold high coding standards, ensuring the team delivers scalable, performant, and bug-free software.
Leader: You work cross-functionally, clarifying and refining requirements, drawing technical insights, and designing scalable solutions. You oversee your team’s performance and quality, establish a long-term vision for the application, and lay the technical foundation to achieve it. You shield your team from distractions and keep them focused on delivering high-quality results.
Mentor: You invest in understanding your team members, guiding them to grow their technical and professional skills. You provide constructive, actionable feedback during code reviews, cultivate their strengths, and position them for long-term success. You establish governance processes that enable the team to take greater responsibility and operate smoothly.
Detail-Oriented & User-Focused: You balance requirements, design, and implementation with precision. You help the team capture edge cases they may miss, while holding the bar high for polish, consistency, and pixel-perfect user experiences.
