Responsibilities:

• Address diverse design challenges and contribute to every stage of the design process, from ideation and wireframing to styling, prototyping, testing, and final delivery.
• Conduct user research and usability testing, utilizing tools such as user behavior analytics, while partnering with our customer support and professional services teams.
• Engage in iterative design processes, constantly refining ideas based on feedback and testing to produce the best possible user experiences.
• Develop and maintain design documentation, including logical user flows, functional logic, and dialogs for our core products.
• Lead collaborative workshops with project teams, driving brainstorming sessions, storyboarding, and wireframing.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, front-end, and back-end developers to ensure seamless design execution and polished interfaces.
• Effectively communicate and advocate for your design decisions to leadership teams, ensuring alignment and buy-in across projects.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience focused on UX/UI design.
• Advanced knowledge of UI/UX design principles, design systems, and practical applications.
• Proven ability to solve visual design and UX challenges creatively.
• Proficiency in design tools, including Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, Figma, Adobe XD, and familiarity with other UX design software (e.g., inVision, Framer, Principle, Sketch).
• Ability to read and interpret front-end code (React, Angular, etc.), and a strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience with user research, usability testing, and iterative design methodologies.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with global teams, including offshore stakeholders in the US, Europe, and Asia.
