About the job

As a member of the customer success team, you’ll work in the following areas.

Customer ValueManagement: Engage in creating long-term relationships with our customers by providing value throughout their journey to achieve corporate and business outcomes.

 

ProfessionalServices: Leading and participating in specific customer projects, such as setting up Xyicon for new customers.

 

Customer Support: Responding to and providing solutions to customer inquiries received through chats and emails. Serve as the coordinator between the customer and Xyicon to ensure reported issues are solved smoothly.

 

Product Roadmap Initiatives: Support the product and development team by suggesting new product features and improvements.

 

Knowledge Management: Create and review help articles and training materials to help new and existing customers adopt our product. Keep product help documentation and internal process documents current and conduct training for customers and team members.

 

Sales and Marketing Activities: Provide input and review marketing content. Support pre-sales and product prototype demos.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, or a related field.
  • Service-minded and quality-focused.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate, build personalized relationships, and adapt to challenging situations.
  • Comfortable with technical topics and learning new technologies.
  • Ability to deeply understand the customers' concerns and thoughts regarding the use of products.  
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
